The image is from Sweet N Sassy and thought it would make a great birthday card. It's for no one in particular, I just needed to make some birthday cards.
Here's what I used:
Image (Sweet N Sassy)
Far East paper (DCWV)
Brown Cardstock (Bazzill)
Lace Doily border punch (Martha Stewart)
Pop dots and double sided adhesive (stash)
Chocolate Designer Rounds ribbon (CTMH)
Antique Linen Tim Holtz Distress Ink (Ranger)
Reverse Wonky Rectangles Nestabilities (Spellbinders)
Brown Glitz (CTMH)
Say it With Pearls (Prima)

Love it! I am a huge fan of "tone on tone" (i,e. using all sorts of the same color on a card) as well as my fav color being BROWN). This card is YUM!! Drop by my blog in Feb, there's gonna be fun giveaways almost everyday!! Hugs!
