Pumpkins

Nothing says fall and Thanksgiving more than pumpkins.  I personally do not like to eat pumpkin but to see them used as decorations is beautiful because of their colors.  Let's not forget you can also make them scary for Halloween.

This is a card for Scrapbook Place Challenges blog for October.  The theme for October is Pumpkin.  There will be two challenges posted per month. A Theme Challenge on the 1st and a Sketch Theme Challenge on the 15th.

Our October Theme Challenge will be to use PUMPKINS on your cards, layouts and altered art. Whether spooky, cute, plain or glitzed up we want to see them.

The challenge starts on October 1st and ends October 14th. A winner will be chosen by Random.org and their name posted here. You can't win if you don't enter, so come join the challenge.

We are pleased to have as our first sponsor

Teri has offered a prize to the winner.

This is a "clean and simple" card for me.  No blingy embellishments because I wanted the pumpkin background paper and the pumpkin digi to be the focus of the card since the them is pumpkins.  But, I did spray the whole card with Gold Shimmer Spritz.  I couldn't help myself.  I think I have a shiny, bling addiction.
