Wishing you well

Here's another Mimi image card I made before I went in for my colon surgery. She looks like a fairy princess sitting on her mushroom throne!

Here's what I used: Mimi image (from a pif), Green Bazzill cardstock, chocolate CTMH distressing ink, orange ribbon from stash, foam dots and double sided adhesive from stash, Windsor and NEwton iridescent medium, Nesties and CTMH stamp set for sentiment. Copics used: E00 E02 E11 E30 E33 E15 E37 E47 BG13 BG15 BG18 Y15 Y35 E13 G19 R27 YR04 YR09 YR15 R27 B00 B02 B05 R24 R29 R59 G09 G05 G02.

Happy birthday!

This chick is on the move! I made this card for a family friend, Jonnelle. She turned 16 on August 25 and just recently received her learner's permit. I thought this card was so cute!

I was pleased (for once) about the coloring. I watched a bunch of tutorials and I think it finally "clicked" for me on blending.

Here's what I used: Mimi image on white cardstock with unknown ink, Green bazzill cardstock, Orange Doodlebug cardstock, CTMH chocolate diestressing kink, Xmas red and orange peel Stickles, Flowers from Petaloo, frosted brad from Oriental Trading, gemstone stickr from Paper Studio, Piccadilly patterned paper from Sassafrass Lass, Copics - YR04 YR09 YR15 Y15 R59 R27 R29 W7 W6 W5 W3 W2 E00 E02 E11.
